The 3rd edition of our program organized under Women on Boards Academy entitled „Competencies for efficient and responsible Boards of Directors” has come to its end yesterday evening at Bucharest Stock Exchange premises.

It was a wonderful experience full of knowledge and practical approaches. The program is developed to gain competencies, knowledge and attitudes appropriate for Board members.
I would like to express my gratitude to my dear Board colleague, Violeta Ciurel, VP Women on Boards who did an excellent job and with whom I made an extraordinary team. I am really proud for what what we have succeeded together creating a more developed training program taking this pillar of PWN Romania to a new Era.

A cohort of 23 participants which were interviewed before enrolling into the program and who will prepare and deliver essays on specific Board topics using their knowledge and practical examples gained during the 9 seminars.

Another premiere within Women on Boards pillar is the 1st edition of the Mentoring program which began on November 2021. 14 pairs of mentors and mentees were involved in the program.
I would like to address my gratitude to the mentors who accepted to support the new program of our pillar and who dedicated their time for a session per month.

Last evening seminar marked the end of the 3rd edition of Women on Boards, edition held between October 2021 – June 2022, an edition where more than 30 speakers and guest speakers were the cathalists for a better image and set of skills for all 23 participants in the program.
The 9th closing seminar held by Daniela Necefor, Managing Partner, Total Business Solutions Romania , to whome we are grateful, set bases for our participants to develop their Personal Brand and also have a more detailed perspective about recruting for Boards.
We also marked for Women on Boards pillar, the success of the 1st edition (November 2021-June 2022) of mentoring for boards with 14 pairs of mentors and mentees.
