Our company (hereinafter referred to as TBS) has been permanently concerned with the protection of personal data and has consistently complied with the legislation in force in this field.
As from 25.05.2018 the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data become applicable, TBS all the technical and organizational measures have been taken so as to further ensure the processing of personal data in accordance with the legal requirements in force.
We reiterate that our company has still complied with the legal provisions in force in the field of personal data protection and on this occasion the company is reviewing its confidentiality policy for compliance with the new legal requirements
For the purpose of applying EU Regulation 2016/679 any personal data communicated in the context of working with TBS on recruitment, evaluation, consulting, coaching, training and other projects, such as your resume or any personal data provided, will only be considered with the consent you.
We specify that you are not required to provide your personal information.
Sending your resume and spontaneous applications by email / phone or on-line means that you have given us consent to TBS to use this personal data for the purpose of recruiting and completing the other services our company offers.
We state that your personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of TBS to perform these services and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 / EU and other normative acts in force that regulate and produce effects in this field. Data storage period.
TBS keeps your personal data in accordance with your agreement to achieve its object of activity (placement of workforce) for an indefinite period of time and may delete these data at your request.
We specify that any personal data transmitted to our company as an application automatically means your agreement to process these data in order to achieve our object of activity and to the benefit of the applicant.
OTHER ISSUES – Security
We have taken the measures we consider necessary and we are continually striving to keep the servers, applications and databases in electronic and physical form secured and unaffected by unauthorized access and use, using physical, administrative and technological measures to protect information on which we keep. Being unable to guarantee 100% security.
If you have any suspicions regarding certain personal information, please do not send that information via the Internet.
We do not assume any responsibility in the case of cookies or other issues related to the security of your access system.
Revision
TBS may modify, supplement or amend its Privacy Policy when required to comply with the applicable law, by posting a revised Comment on its website.
