Mathematicas was my passsion. It was the main element that guided my life. So I followed the path of engineering and finance, working in both fields within multinational companies.
At one point, becoming Financial Manager and then Country Manager in an executive search and recruitment company, I saw what it means to work with people.
And so I found that I am very pleased to work with a person in front of me, to guide their steps, either at the beginning of the road or at a turning point in his / her professional life. I did not believe then that I would become an entrepreneur and, moreover, not in this field.
But in 2000 my passion for people turned into entrepreneurship-Total Business Solutions (TBS), a company specialized in Human Resources Consulting and Executive Search.
Previous expertise has given me the opportunity to have the basics needed to develop a business. A unique experience that now helps me understand what a corporation means and, last but not least, gives me the pleasure of working with people, helping them in their professional career.
The experience gained in the various industrial fields and the various organizational cultures in which I worked, supports me in the executive search and recruitment projects, trainings and workshops that I support within the companies.
With over 20 years of expertise in executive search, recruitment and consultancy, I wish and can guide them, to guide in their own career both high school students and students as well as those already entering the labor market: juniors, middle management, senior management, executives; who want to take a step forward in their career, who have a dream to fulfill.
Last but not least, finding the right person in the right place for the right company, so that both the company and the right person can get the most out of what they want.

Colin Lovering has over 35 years of experience in Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Operations and, for the last 10 years has been a Business & People Performance Coach and Advisor working with many top organisations in Romania and abroad, taking their performance to the next level. He has coached and trained literally 100’s of professionals and business leaders across North America, China, South Africa, The Middle East and Europe. Colin has written 3 books and is a familiar keynote speaker at business events.

Mugurel Rădulescu
Mugurel has over 20 years of experience in public relations, government relations, management and consulting, which he has accumulated working for local and multinational organizations, in Romania, in Brussels, South-East Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia. Over the years, Mugurel has implemented transformational projects at industry level, in FMCG, waste management and pharma. He led business associations and specialized in crisis management.

Luminița Mihalache
Luminita has an extensive experience in human resources, having a complete view of the business (while a member of the USCE Board of Directors) with a proven track record of activity in the consumer goods industry for a geographic area in 8 countries.
Luminita has professional experience in the field of human resources in talent management, performance management, reward, reorganization and organizational projects, coaching and mentoring. It also has high negotiation, business planning, human resources consulting skills, etc.
