Our Consultants with over 15 years of professional experience in the field will support you to work your way through all your career development steps.

Individual Program : Career Coaching

Step I

    • Customized SWOT analysis  (strengths , weaknesses , opportunities, threats);
    • Psychological Testing;
    • Analyzing the psychological profile;
    • Assisting in building/ rebuilding your CV;
    • Assisting in building/ rebuilding your LinkedIn Profile;
    • Assisting in developing the customized Letter of Intent ;
    • Guiding you for the phone interview;
    • Guiding you for the face to face interview;
    • Simulating an interview

Step II

    • Presenting the work labour market  (employers, jobs, compensations and benefits packages level);
    • Designing the strategy for job scouting;
    • Presenting the executive search / recruitment companies;
    • Presenting the relevant jobs sites for the work labour market;
    • Presenting your candidature to a data-base of potential employers

Step III

    • Counseling before the interviews with potential employers throughout the entire contractual period ;
    • Counseling in the negotiation of the compensation and benefits package throughout the entire contractual period.

Who Should Attend:

The workshop is dedicated to all persons who are looking for a job, who are looking to change their current job, and who would like to have more information regarding the labour market.

Workshop Description:

The goal of the workshop is that all participants approach potential employers in an improved manner by developing a professionally styled personal profile and by putting the right focus on their education, experience and skills during the interview. The participants will learn more about the labour market, about the most appropriate job scouting strategy, about the top executive search/recruitment companies, about the top jobs sites for the work labour market, the top hiring companies and about the level of the compensations and benefits package in their specific fields.

At the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to conduct a proper self-evaluation of their own abilities and capacity to present themselves in a professional manner during an interview with a potential employer, to know their strengths and advantages in front of other competitors and how to successfully apply for a new job.

Ethical Principles of the Company

The TBS consultants are profoundly aware of the ethical implications of working with human capital. We will mention here only the most important three principles that guide our activity.

The first standard of our work is confidentiality – we respect the person’s trust in us (either client or candidate), we ask only for the information relevant for the recruitment process and we use this information only for the purpose of the evaluation and selection of candidates according to the needs of the organization. We expect this standard to be applied also by our clients and candidates; for example, we appreciate more a candidate that does not disclose information about the organization s/he works in if it is not directly connected with the abilities and experience s/he needs to prove in the interview.

The second principle is objectivity. We are offering equal opportunities for all, regardless of differences, and the only criteria we apply are the abilities, competencies and experience for a specific position.

The third principle we apply in our work is the freedom of choice, for the candidate and also for the client. We do not impose our will to either of them and we are true to our role of counseling them in their careers or development of the organization. We advise, but we do not impose the decision.
