Senior Financial Planning & Analyst

MISSION

He/She will be have the following missions:

Responsibility for full reporting, forecasting and budgeting for RO entities

Manage and cooperate with external accounting company regarding data required for regional reporting and statutory/internal audits

Ad-hoc business support and partnering

Generate collection reports and manage the collection process

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility for full reporting, forecasting and budgeting for RO entities, statistics, reconciliation of intercompany, etc

Business partnering for Operations (Sales)

Perform/Check monthly ERS procedure

Prepare Tax Pack, calculate and import Deferred tax

Manage and cooperate with external accounting company regarding data required for regional reporting and statutory/internal audits

Supervision over documents’ workflow: eg AP management – validate if PO in place, invoice check, payment, etc

Monitor of AR balances and communication with sales and  lawyers on AR collection

Cash-flow analysis and upload to system

Performs financial analysis for business decisions and provides financial support to managers from other departments

Analysis of actual results compared to those estimated, draw conclusions and make recommendations aimed to correct the situation

Ad-hoc business support and partnering.

 

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must have:

Previous Finance experience – at least 4 year/or more  in accounting and reporting environment

Financial University degree

Good accounting knowledge for local GAAP and US GAAP

Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, focusing on excel and powerpoint

Experience with at least one mainstream ERP system, Navision preferred

Self-motivator, engaged, highly committed, humble for success and delivering high value output

A well-organized, precise person, with analytical skills

Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills

Ability to work under time pressure

Advanced level in writing and speaking English language

 

Nice to have:

Automotive / Insurance related experience

Open to new ideas, looking for reduction of inefficiency

Proactivity
