Job Description
Our client, a   large company operating in Industrial Engineering field is looking for a HR   Manager :  Responsibilities :


-            Ensure proper implementation and execution of   HR programs and initiatives;
-            Serve as the local initial point of contact   for human resources matters in Romania and liaise with employees at all   levels;
-            Manage local HR processes including   performance and compensation reviews;
-            Develop and   maintain effective communication; engagement and retention activities;
-            Develop and   maintain effective HR policies and procedures in line with local legislation;
-            Represent   the company at the internal and external events (social events and   initiatives, social networks etc.);
-            Maintain   the recruitment and selection process for attracting new personnel,   organizing, conducting and being directly involved in the selection process,   in collaboration with the line managers;
-            Perform   HR interviews, counseling managers on candidate selection;
-            Respond   for the reception and on – boarding of new personnel;
-            Develop   and implement all Human resources policies and procedures in line with   corporate strategy;
-            Manage   all Human resources activities such as staffing, selection, training and development,   benefits.


 Requirements: -            University degree;
-            Proficient in English;
-            5 years of previous experience   in a similar role;
-            Strong project management   skills for coordinating & implementing organizational projects;
-            Strong working knowledge of:   recruitment, employment law, compensation & benefits, performance   management, HR brand, recruitment;
-            Strong interpersonal and   communication skills;
-            Assertive communicator;
-            Ability to build relationships   across all levels of the organization;
-            Dynamic personality, with high   level of energy and drive to achieve results.
